WASTE CLEARANCE
East Coast Waste has a specialist team for complete property clearance, removing contents from an office or factory, or fly-tipped material on an outside site.
It can comfortably tackle everything from the simple removal and disposal of a wardrobe to the full top-to-bottom house clearance which, for example, has been used as a squat.
In between, we can clear a house of a previous tenant’s contents or take away anything left in an office when the previous incumbents move on.
It may be a problem for you but it is a challenge we are happy to take on and we’ll leave the premises fresh, clean and ready for continued use.
Much of our work is for local authorities, Social Services, private landlords, letting agents and organisations such as MIND.
We also tackle clearance work in the commercial sector for a variety of clients.
On a smaller scale, we will empty lofts, garages or sheds; strim, clear and tidy gardens; or take away single items, particularly for the elderly or where people cannot carry them or get them to a tip.
This service operates on a 24-hour, 7-day basis and – in line with our policy across the company – removed materials are sorted and recycled wherever possible or pre-treated for disposal according to the requirements of all relevant regulations.
